Christina DeHayes, J.D. has almost fifteen years of in-house corporate legal experience, with a special focus on technology based companies. She has been employed by Thomson Reuters Intellectual Property & Science Business, one of the world's leading source of intelligent information for businesses and professionals, since 2012. Prior to joining Thomson, Christina spent eight years serving as General Counsel for Asterand PLC, a public human tissue research and bioinformatics company. She is also Principal of WindSwell Services PLLC, a firm focused on providing services for small businesses, entrepreneurs and those working in the life sciences industry.

She has successfully negotiated contracts with top pharmaceutical, biotechnology, government, technology/technology and academic institutions. She has experience with all types of corporate negotiations, including those related to multi-million dollar technology licenses and government contracts.

She obtained her B.S. Microbiology from Michigan State University (1999) and Juris Doctor from Wayne State University School of Law (2003).
